- All prices are based on pets with an even temperament that are regularly groomed
- Animals that need de-matting and that bite will incur additional fees
- Please make sure that your dog is fully exercised before bringing him/her for a groom
- For extremely nervous dogs, it would be best not to feed him/her for 3 hours before the groom
